Job Description Join the OneCare LTC Team — We're Hiring an Account Manager Nurse!Do you love building relationships, solving problems, and making a difference in healthcare?OneCare LTC is looking for a full-time Account Manager Nurse to serve as a trusted liaison for our long-term care customers throughout Michigan and Northern Ohio.This is the perfect role for a nurse who enjoys connecting with people, educating facility staff, troubleshooting challenges, and being part of a collaborative team — all while maintaining a mostly weekday, daytime schedule.**Preferably looking for someone that resides in Ingham County, Saginaw County, Clinton County, Midland County, or the surrounding area**What You'll Do:Build strong relationships with our long-term care facility partnersEducate and support nursing staff and customersHelp problem-solve day-to-day operational and medication-related concernsTravel to customer facilities and represent OneCare LTC professionallyCoordinate your own schedule and manage your assigned accountsWork closely with our pharmacy team to deliver exceptional serviceEncourage new businessWhat We're Looking For:A nurse who genuinely enjoys working with peopleStrong communication and problem-solving skillsOrganized, self-motivated, and dependableWillingness to travel locally/regionallyTeam-player mentality with a customer-service mindsetLong-term care experience is a must!Why OneCare LTC?We're pharmacist-owned, relationship-focused, and proud to provide personalized service to our long-term care partners.
