Tthe company has grown rapidly through acquisition and operates in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment where A-players thrive and execution is valued over tenure.About the RoleThis is a newly created position built to solve a real problem: AR visibility and RCM accountability across a large, multi-location platform. The company runs multiple PMS systems, is actively building out a data warehouse, and has a month-end close process that has historically been bottlenecked by RCM gaps.The Director of Revenue Integrity will own AR at the patient level across all locations, standardize the PMS close process, and serve as the critical bridge between RCM and accounting. This role reports directly to the Controller and has a clear path to expand into broader accounting responsibilities as the data infrastructure matures.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn AR visibility at the patient level across 80+ locationsDistinguish real AR from noise and build reliable aging reports by location, service date, and payment planStandardize PMS close processes across multiple systems and locationsDevelop SOPs that create consistency and reduce month-end close bottlenecksLiaise with practice managers and IT; remote into PMS systems as neededBridge RCM and accounting functions to improve close accuracy and timelinessWhat They're Looking ForRCM background with meaningful accounting exposureDental or healthcare DSO experience strongly preferredComfortable operating in ambiguous, high-growth environmentsProcess builder mentality with strong attention to detailSelf-sufficient and collaborative; able to work across multiple systems and stakeholdersNo CPA or specific degree requiredCompensationBase: $135,000 - $160,000 (commensurate with experience)Discretionary bonusFull benefits packageWhy This RoleYou will have direct ownership, visible impact, and a seat at the table during a pivotal period in the company's growth.
