We are searching for employees that will help lead us to hit our goals!We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchase process, helping them find the right car, truck, or SUV to meet their needs. The ideal candidate is personable, goal-driven, and committed to providing an exceptional buying experience.Responsibilities:Greet customers with a positive, friendly attitudeAssist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their needsPresent and demonstrate vehicle features and benefitsGuide customers through the entire sales process, from test drives to financing optionsStay knowledgeable about inventory, pricing, and promotionsFollow up with prospective and current customers to encourage repeat and referral businessAchieve individual and team sales goalsComplete all paperwork accurately and efficientlyWork closely with management, the finance department, and other team members to ensure smooth transactionsMaintain a clean, organized showroom and lotRequirements:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsPrevious sales experience is a plus but not requiredtraining providedHigh level of professionalism and personal integrityWillingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and strong work ethicBasic computer skills and ability to learn dealership softwareValid driver's license and clean driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical training is a plusBruner Auto Family is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
