Behavior Program Manager
About The RoleWe're looking for a Behavior Manager who is passionate about improving the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through positive behavior supports, compassionate leadership, and person-centered care.In this role, you'll provide behavioral oversight and support across residential and day services, partnering with individuals, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to develop effective behavior support strategies that promote independence, dignity, and quality of life.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coaching others, solving complex challenges, and making a meaningful impact while balancing clinical excellence with collaboration and compliance.To be considered for this role, you must complete the Culture Index Survey (link here).
