Hope you re Doing well,I am reaching out to you on an exciting job opportunity with one of our client.Position: Technical Program ManagerLocation: New York City, NY (Hybrid) 3 days OfficeDuration: Long Term ContractExperience : 13+ to 20 YearsClient expectation : Data Analyst, Data modelling, Data warehouse management experience along with program manager experience.Job DescriptionWork Experience - 4+ Years of relevant experienceLead the Customer Support Data Modernization Program , a complex, multi-phase redesign to create a unified, scalable, and AI-ready data platform.Translate Strategy into Execution , developing an end-to-end program plan and structured roadmap with clear milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.Drive Cross-Functional Alignment by working closely with engineering, data, and analytics teams on requirements, design decisions, and delivery timelines.Manage Program Governance and Cadence , establishing structured updates, tracking progress, monitoring risks, and proactively resolving blockers.Requires Proven Experience managing large-scale enterprise data transformation/modernization programs in complex, cross-functional environments.Tech requirements: need to be well versed with data management, data warehousing, data lake concepts, data modeling practice (what is involved), aspect of data transformation to migrate from old to new.
