Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)Location: West Windsor, NJ (Onsite)Job Type: Full-TimeKey ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Lead Generation • Identify and target potential clients across industries such as technology, healthcare, finance, and manufacturing • Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, industry databases, and market intelligence tools to generate high-quality leads • Execute outbound strategies including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling Outbound Engagement & Campaign Execution • Plan and run structured, high-volume outreach campaigns • Craft personalized messaging aligned with Quantum Integrators’ value proposition in AI and digital transformation • Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the sales team Inbound Lead Qualification • Respond to inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns, website, and events • Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, decision authority, and timeline • Ensure seamless handoff of sales-ready opportunities Pre-Sales & Discovery Support • Engage prospects in early-stage conversations to understand business challenges and technology needs • Collaborate with internal teams to support solution alignment and proposal development Pipeline Development & CRM Management• Build and maintain a healthy, high-quality sales pipeline • Track all interactions, activities, and deal progress in CRM systems • Ensure accurate reporting and forecasting Relationship Building • Develop strong relationships with prospective clients through consistent, value-driven communication • Nurture leads across the sales funnel to drive conversions Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams • Align on go-to-market strategies, messaging, and target accounts • Provide feedback to enhance campaign performance and lead quality Market Intelligence & Insights • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape • Identify new business opportunities within AI, data, and cloud domains Performance Tracking & Reporting • Monitor KPIs including outreach activity, engagement rates, meetings booked, and conversions • Share insights and recommendations to optimize performance Event & Campaign Support • Support webinars, industry events, and marketing campaigns • Conduct timely follow-ups to convert engagement into qualified opportunities Required Skills & Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field • 4–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (preferably B2B) • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to perform cold outreach and build pipeline • Basic understanding of digital marketing and sales funnels • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive mindset Preferred Qualifications • Experience in IT services, consulting, or digital transformation space • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach platforms • Understanding of AI, cloud, or data-driven solutions • Knowledge of B2B enterprise sales cycles What We Offer • Opportunity to work with a fast-growing global digital transformation firm • Exposure to cutting-edge technologies including AI, data, and cloud • Collaborative and innovation-driven work culture • Strong career growth and professional development opportunities Work Environment • Onsite role based in West Windsor, NJ • Fast-paced, collaborative, and performance-driven environment • Opportunity to work with global teams and enterprise clients.Thanks & Regards,Uday Pathade O: 609-632-0621 ext. 126E: Uday.pathade@quantumintegrators.comhttps://www.quantumintegrators.com/
