Regional Apartment Property Manager

We own and manage large scale apartment communities and mixed-use developments throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania. T&R is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee the operation of a diverse portfolio of apartment communities and retail centers. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue generation and ensuring the overall success of your properties, and holding all members of your staff accountable. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, visitors, and vendors. Supervise a team of approximately 10 Property Managers and ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract qualified tenants and increase property traffic. Oversee leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals. Train, motivate, and develop property staff to optimize performance and achieve targets. Manage purchase orders and monitor expenditures to ensure timely processing of invoices. Ensure the preservation and maintenance of assets, including capital projects and inspections. Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to establish and negotiate contracts. Review resident credit reports and approve lease renewals. Provide regular reports to the COO on property performance and financials, including budgeting. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience. Progressive development within the property management industry. Previous supervisory experience in a multi-site environment. Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
