As a brand ambassador, you will deliver an elevated client experience through personalized styling, expert product knowledge, and genuine relationship building. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a luxury retail environment and is motivated by client engagement, team collaboration, and achieving sales goals.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Experience & SalesDeliver exceptional customer service aligned with A.P.C.’s selling ceremony and brand valuesDrive individual and store sales performance while cultivating long-term client relationshipsProvide personalized styling recommendations across all product categoriesDevelop and maintain a strong client book through CRM and in-store clienteling toolsSupport loyalty and repeat business through thoughtful follow-up and communicationOperations & Visual StandardsMaintain boutique presentation according to A.P.C.’s visual merchandising standardsSupport daily operational tasks, inventory management, and stock organizationAssist with store upkeep and ensure an elevated in-store environmentAdhere to company policies, grooming standards, and operational proceduresQualifications2+ years of experience in retail sales or luxury client serviceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, holidays, and inventory periodsAbility to stand and move throughout the sales floor for extended periodsAbility to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay plus commission structure401(k)Paid sick timeEmployee discountEqual Opportunity EmployerA.P.C. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
