Leveraging these resources, we strive daily to lead the industry in program management and service delivery.Steel Point Solutions is seeking to hire a Data Analytics Program Manager to join our team in a remote capacity to assist our government client with emergency management strategic planning.ResponsibilitiesProvides oversight and management to overall contract operations often involving multiple projects/tasks and groups of personnel at multiple locations.Develops, directs, and manages strategic approach and strives to improve work processes, products, and servicesMaintains and manages relationships with senior level management within the client organization.Ensures quality standards and work performance on all task orders and projects; plans, organizes, and oversees work efforts; assigns resources; manages personnel; and monitors overall project and contract performance.Directs and conducts facilitation and related decision support services for agencies, working groups, and teams.Utilizes standard project management practices and methodology to reliably produce expected contract outcomes.Required QualificationsMaster’s degree in Data Analytics, Program Management, or a related field10+ years of program management experience10+ years of data analytics experienceExperience supporting the federal governmentExperience communicating and collaborating with stakeholdersExperience managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.PMP CertificationPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting federal government agencies preferredActive Public Trust or higher security clearance preferredCandidates from Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone) are strongly encouraged to apply.
