The role involves performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general home improvements. Responsibilities also include inspecting properties to identify needed repairs, providing accurate estimates for time and materials, and ensuring a high standard of quality and safety in all work performed. The Handyman will interact with clients and contribute to maintaining and enhancing the reputation of House Doctors of Southwest Houston for excellent service and craftsmanship.QualificationsProficiency in general maintenance and repair tasks, including carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and paintingStrong problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutionsAbility to use hand and power tools safely and efficientlyExceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients professionally and courteouslyAttention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workValid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to work sitesPrevious experience in a similar role or in construction, maintenance, or related fields is highly preferred
