The Specialty Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, communicating pest control solutions effectively, and executing sales strategies. This role includes meeting sales targets, preparing proposals, engaging in client consultations, and staying knowledgeable about pest control services and products. Success in this position requires a proactive and consultative sales approach. Qualifications Strong sales, account management, and customer relationship-building skillsKnowledge of pest control services and industry practices is highly desirableEffective communication, presentation, and active listening skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and ability to customize solutions for client needsSelf-motivated and goal-oriented with time management and organizational skillsCompetence with CRM software and proficiency in basic computer applicationsPrevious sales experience in pest control or relevant industries is a plusValid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to client locations as neededHigh school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree is a bonus
