Community Outreach & Events Coordinator
Position Summary The Community Outreach & Events Coordinator is responsible for increasing local awareness, developing strategic community partnerships, assisting with event coordination, and helping grow Thrive Recovery Club’s presence throughout Eastern Iowa. This role focuses heavily on relationship-building, networking, event participation, and community engagement to support growth of Thrive Recovery Club’s wellness, recovery, and mobile IV therapy services. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Community Outreach Conduct outreach visits to gyms, salons, hotels, event centers, golf courses, chiropractors, physical therapy clinics, and wellness providers Develop and maintain referral partnerships Represent Thrive Recovery Club professionally within the community Identify sponsorship and collaboration opportunities Events & Promotions Assist with planning and coordinating community events and wellness pop-ups Support mobile IV events and athletic recovery activations Help gather photos/videos/testimonials for social media marketing Brand Awareness & Marketing Support Distribute promotional materials and QR code campaigns Assist with local awareness initiatives Support social media content collection and promotional ideas Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Outgoing and relationship-oriented personality Organized and self-motivated Reliable transportation required Flexible schedule including occasional evenings/weekends Preferred Qualifications Experience in event coordination, sales, hospitality, wellness, fitness, or healthcare Familiarity with Eastern Iowa communities and businesses Interest in wellness and recovery services Compensation Hourly compensation based on experience Potential bonus opportunities tied to outreach growth and partnerships Flexible scheduling Growth opportunity within expanding wellness company About Thrive Recovery Club Thrive Recovery Club is a locally owned and operated wellness and recovery clinic in Coralville, Iowa specializing in IV therapy, recovery services, infrared sauna, cold plunge therapy, wellness labs, and mobile IV services
