This role blends creative design expertise with relationship-driven sales, offering the opportunity to build a strong portfolio of clients and industry partnerships throughout Northern Michigan.What You’ll Do:• Design and present custom cabinetry and interior solutions • Leverage a strong sales background to guide clients through the design and purchasing process• Read and interpret architectural blueprints and drawings• Take accurate field measurements and manage on-site dimensions• Build and maintain relationships with clients, builders, and industry partners• Actively network to grow your personal portfolio and business pipeline• Collaborate with our team to deliver high-end, detail-driven projects• Attend occasional after-hours meetings and networking eventsWhat We’re Looking For:• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (required)• Strong sales background with the ability to close and manage client relationships• Ability to read architectural blueprints and construction documents• Comfortable using a tape measure and handling on-site measurements• Professional, outgoing, and relationship-oriented mindset• Strong communication and presentation skills• Self-motivated with a passion for design and sales• Willingness to travel occasionally for projects and eventsSchedule:Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM(Some evenings required for meetings and networking)Compensation & Benefits:• Salary + commission structure• Vacation pay and PTO (after qualifying period)• Insurance reimbursementThis is an opportunity to grow within a high-end design environment while building your own book of business in one of Michigan’s most desirable markets.To apply, please send your resume and portfolio to info@sharerdesigngroup.com
