Engineering Documentation Coordinator

Job TitleJob Description & Skill Requirement: Roles and Responsibilities - What the individual is expected to do:Coordinate development of as-built or as-is engineering drawings and deliverables for existing facilities (e.g., Pipeline Risers, Pump Stations, Ponds, Mobile Clean Brine Facilities, etc.) without proper documentation to support MOCs and other engineering tasks: P&IDs C&Es Electrical One-Line Diagrams Wiring Diagrams Loop Diagrams Plot Plan / Hazardous Area Classification Process Control NarrativesField Visits - Located in Midland. Validate existing equipment in the field to ensure accuracy of newly developed engineering deliverables, including coordination with internal ExxonMobil drone team in some instancesBuild plan (Gantt Chart) to align team on timeline and priority of deliverable developmentCreate method to visualize/track facilities with engineering deliverable gaps; interface with Uncon \"Foundations\" project to align scopeInterface with Information Management team to ensure newly created deliverables are properly stored in ACONEX document repositorySkills Needed:Technician level expected. Strong coordination skills.
