We are currently expanding our team at Pure Barre and are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager that is focused on driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand. If you thrive in a role where you are incentivize and rewarded by your achievements, are self-motivated and driven by developing a loyal client base, have an entrepreneurial spirit, naturally self-competitive with exceeding your last months goals, enjoy opportunities for training and development, and find joy in helping others live their best lives, we want to hear from you!POSITION : The Assistant Sales Manager will oversee all sales operations both inside and outside the studio alongside the Sales Manager.REQUIREMENTS :1+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experienceConfident in generating personal sales and training sales representativesAbility to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retailPrevious management or supervisory experience requiredMust be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via emailAbility to excel in a fast changing, diverse environmentAbility to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgmentAn affinity and passion for fitnessSolid writing and grammar skillsHighly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesProfessional, punctual, reliable and neatStrong attention to detail and accuracyTrustworthy and ability to handle confidential informationAbility to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general publicProficiency with computers and studio softwareDUTIES :Lead generation including grass roots marketing and networkingImplement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classesMembership and retail salesSupervise and manage studio Sales RepresentativesManage client baseProficiency in gym management software and POS to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.Independently make decisions related to high level customer serviceCollect out-standing duesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the studioEnforce studio policies and proceduresEnsure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visibleSchedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotionsStrategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studioAny other duties as assignedCOMPENSATION & PERKS :This position offers a very competitive base rateCommission paid on sales
