As an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence that can help to deter security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with calm, clear communication. Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Perform armed patrol duties in accordance with post orders, applicable laws, and Allied Universal guidelines, including maintaining proper weapon retention, handling, and documentation. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, notification of law enforcement and/or management, and preparation of detailed reports. Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards or suspicious conditions. Control access at designated entry points, verify identification and authorization, monitor alarms and surveillance systems as assigned, and document security-related activity in daily logs.Minimum Requirements: Have 2+ years' law enforcement and/or military police and/or corrections experience. Possess an armed guard card/license. Be at least 21+ years of age. Pepper Spray Certification is preferred and may be completed post hire. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
