This role involves hardware repairs, field service support, ticket management, and customer-facing technical support.Responsibilities:Perform laptop and desktop break-fix repairsReplace hardware components including hard drives, motherboards, keyboards, and LCDsConduct full unit swaps and peripheral replacementsSupport field service requests across assigned service areasUpdate and close tickets in the service management system in real timeProvide professional customer support during onsite visitsMaintain accurate documentation and reporting for all service activitiesRequirements:1+ year of hands-on desktop/laptop break-fix experienceExperience diagnosing Dell laptops and PCs preferredComputer-building experience preferredBasic knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and Microsoft applicationsReliable vehicle and valid car insurance requiredAbility to pass drug and background screeningStrong communication and customer service skillsWillingness to complete Dell certifications after selectionPreferred Certifications:CompTIA A+ CertificationAdditional Requirements:Ability to travel locally throughout the dayComfortable with administrative and ticketing responsibilitiesAbility to work overtime or extended shifts if requiredMust maintain professional business-casual appearance
