Athletic Trainer – Construction Site (Day Shift) Location: Northern Virginia Schedule: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM | 50 hours/week | No weekends Compensation: $78,000 – $84,000 + location differential About the Role We are hiring a Certified Athletic Trainer to support a large construction workforce in Northern Virginia. This position emphasizes employee wellness, injury prevention, and proactive health engagement during standard daytime operations. Key Responsibilities Deliver onsite injury prevention and movement assessments Engage employees through wellness and safety education Identify risk factors and reduce recordable injuries Support employee mental health awareness initiatives Partner with construction leadership to improve jobsite health outcomes Document interactions and outcomes per company standards Required Qualifications BOC-certified Athletic Trainer Active state licensure (VA or eligible) Comfortable working onsite at construction projects Confident presenter and communicator Adaptable to industrial work environments Career Path Entry at Level I, regardless of prior experience Level II eligibility after 6 months Promotion includes $5,000–$10,000 salary increase Benefits Relocation assistance ($2,000–$5,000) OSHA 30 & Mental Health First Aid (company-paid) Continuing education & license renewals covered Competitive benefits package
