Team Leader – Client Service (Digital Brand Services) Location:Logan, Utah (Hybrid Work Model) Schedule:Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 9 PMThe following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.CSC is looking for a passionate leader to guide the DBS West Market Service Team. You’ll help our global clients succeed while developing and supporting your team. This is a great opportunity to join the heart of a global company and be part of DBS Service Leadership. Your Responsibilities Leading People: Guide and support the Market Service Team to achieve consistent results. Conduct 1:1 meetings, semi-annual reviews, and performance discussions. Help with hiring: interviews, sit-withs, and candidate feedback. Support career growth and mentoring for team members. Manage time off requests and payroll records. Supporting the Business: Partner with Service Workflow, Client Solutions, and Quality Teams to track performance and provide coaching. Maintain a client outreach schedule and gather client feedback. Monitor client satisfaction, assist with escalations, and support onboarding. Use data to grow the market and connect clients with the right services. Submit client enhancement requests as needed. Support colleagues and the broader team when needed. Skills & Qualifications Proven ability to lead a team and achieve shared goals. Strong multitasking, prioritization, and adaptability skills. Experience running meetings, creating agendas, and driving results. Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and listening skills. Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical teams. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel (pivot tables, formulas). xywuqvp Strong attention to detail.
