We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our busy production floor and ensure smooth operations. Position Overview: The Production Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of manufacturing processes to ensure production is successful. The Production Supervisor will directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers, increasing the levels of customer and employee satisfaction while improving the efficiency of manpower, materials, and machines. Education: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, or three to five years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
