We offer our team members a competitive salary as well as competitive benefits, such as 5% matching 401k with no vesting period, family leave, and Healthcare/Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts -- just to name a few!In your role as the CI SME/Instructor - CI Collections, you will support the Joint Counterintelligence Training Activity (JCITA) by delivering classroom and field instruction that enables Counterintelligence (CI) Agents to independently plan and conduct Level II Military Counterintelligence Collection (MCC). You will help students develop the knowledge, skills, and operational judgment required to conduct CI collection activities in accordance with EO 12333, DoDD 5240.02, DoDI S-5240.17, and applicable DoD policy.Your ResponsibilitiesDeliver classroom instruction that enables CI Agents to independently plan and conduct Level II Military Counterintelligence Collection (MCC)Ensure instruction aligns with EO 12333, DoDD 5240.02, DoDI S-5240.17, and applicable DoD CI collection policy and proceduresAssess student performance in field exercises that frequently exceed eight (8) hours a day, include weekends, and require travel within the National Capital Region (NCR)Instruct students on CI collection planning, execution, documentation, operational cycle activities, and mission support considerationsApply experience as a CI Collector conducting the full operational cycle to support realistic, mission-focused instructionProvide instruction on CI or HUMINT collection activities in accordance with DoD policyApply expert knowledge of threat country Foreign Intelligence Entity (FIE) methodologies and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)Support course teams in preparing, delivering, and refining instructional materials, field exercises, and student assessmentsProvide feedback and coaching to students during classroom instruction and field-based practical exercisesCoordinate with Government stakeholders, course leadership, and instructional staff to ensure training objectives are metYour QualificationsGraduate of an accredited Counterintelligence (CI) Special Agent credentialing schoolGraduate of one of the following: MCC, Advanced Counterintelligence Collections Course (ACICC), JMCCC, Defense Advanced Tradecraft Course (DATC), Defense HUMINT Operations Qualification Course (DHOQC), or an Intelligence Community equivalent schoolFive (5) years demonstrated experience related to CI collections, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 yearsServed as a CI Collector with experience conducting the full operational cycleDemonstrated experience conducting, supervising, or instructing CI or HUMINT collection activities in accordance with DoD policyExpert knowledge of threat country FIE methodologies and TTPsAbility to deliver classroom instruction that enables CI Agents to independently plan and conduct Level II MCCAbility to assess student performance in field exercises that frequently exceed eight (8) hours a day, include weekends, and require travel within the NCRAbility to sit and stand for up to four (4) hours at a timeAbility to walk up to five (5) miles in one (1) dayAbility to communicate effectively orally and in writingAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, instructors, and Government stakeholdersTS/SCI with CI Polygraph required
