Lamb School is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Math & Literacy Interventionist position as an Ed Tech III.The position will play a critical role in supporting student math & literacy development through targeted instruction and collaboration with staff. This position is an integral part of the school's Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Tier 2 and Tier 3 literacy interventions for studentsDeliver push-in classroom support in collaboration with classroom teachersActively participate in and help facilitate the MTSS process and team meetingsCollaborate positively and effectively with teachers, staff, and familiesQualificationsAppropriate Ed Tech certification requiredExperience working with elementary students encouragedStrong understanding of literacy & math instruction, intervention strategies, and differentiated instructionAbility to build strong relationships with students and staffDemonstrates patience, kindness, and compassionCommitment to collaboration and continuous improvementThe Sanford School Department values a strong sense of community, a focus on student growth, and a collaborative professional culture.
