Your earning potential is directly tied to your hard work and dedication, with our generous commissions, performance-based bonuses, and incentives.What You'll Do:Business to Business cold calling, meeting with potential clients and educate them on the benefits of supplemental insurance offerings.Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing their insurance needs building your book of business.Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other organizational tools to accurately report progress toward monthly insurance sales goals. Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to reflect each customer's individual needsStay abreast of any changes to rules or policies within the insurance agency to effectively amend insurance programs for existing and prospective clientsImplement marketing strategies including, but not limited, to cold calling and networking to connect with potential clients while simultaneously maintaining a portfolio of current clientsConduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs.
