Office ManagerBranford (Onsite) | Full-Time | $50-70kA stable and growing manufacturing company is looking for a hands-on Office Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations while supporting key HR and bookkeeping/accounting functions. What You’ll Be Doing: Oversee daily office operations and administrative workflowsManage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliationsSupport payroll processing and employee records administrationHandle HR administration including onboarding, benefits coordination, and compliance supportMaintain vendor relationships and office supply managementAssist leadership with reporting, budgeting support, and operational projectsHelp maintain organized financial and employee documentationCoordinate with internal departments to keep operations running smoothly What We’re Looking For: Prior experience in an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or blended HR/Accounting roleStrong bookkeeping experience (AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll support)HR administrative experience (onboarding, benefits, employee files, compliance)Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or operational environment is a plusStrong QuickBooks and/or ERP system experienceSolid Microsoft Excel skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Why This Role?
