Manager | Sleep Center

Join the CentraCare team as a manager of the Sleep Center overseeing the daily operations of the Sleep Center including the Sleep Clinic and Sleep Lab with locations in St Cloud and Monticello. The Sleep Center Manager provides direction and support to ensure optimal patient experience and workflow, demonstrating follow-through and effective problem-solving activities with staff, customers, physicians and other departments. The position includes managing all job functions performed by technologists including preparation and performance of scoring sleep tests and supporting paperwork, providing question and answer feedback to technologists, and educating and assisting in staff development. Other responsibilities include interviewing and selection, coordinating orientation, managing patient and staff work schedules, completing performance evaluations, and providing timely feedback to staff. The Sleep Center Manager will propose and manage departmental budgets, make recommendations for capital equipment acquisition, and manage inventory control. In addition, will support and implement patient safety and other safety practices supporting Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers. Schedule: Full Time | 80 hours every 2 weeks Variable weekday hours between 7am-5pm, occasional evenings and/or weekends. Pay and Benefits: Pay based on experience. Benefits | CentraCare Qualifications: Associate degree 3 years’ experience as Polysomnographic Technologist 2 years supervisory experience Registered Polysomnography Technologist (RPSGT) registry by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT).
