We are looking for a Speech Language Pathologist who aligns with our company’s purpose and can help us help more kids!Duties And Responsibilities IncludeProduce comprehensive Speech, Language, and/or Feeding Evaluations to the Parkwood standard of qualityTreatment of clients across all ages and abilities continuumUse of Ensora Therapy Rehab Suite (formerly Fusion Web Clinic) EMR to support the clinical documentation process, including but not limited to:Evaluation writingGoal writingCompleting letters of medical necessityTreatment notes (including the use of correct CPT Code(s) & ICD-10(s))Re-evaluationsScreeningsSigned Mutual Exchanges of InformationCorrespondence with referring providers/interdisciplinary communication & collaborationMaintain all requirements for ASHA & Oregon Board licensureMaintain CEU creditsFeeding/AAC/OMT training preferredRequirementsOur ideal candidate supports our company’s purpose and possesses the following skills:Clinical SkillsOMT and/or Feeding training and experienceEnjoys working with the pediatric population and their families/caregiversCreative, wholistic approach to treatmentEx.
