The Finance Manager is responsible for developing a deep understanding of our business, generating accurate budgets, forecasts and reporting, and providing insightful analysis to support high quality business decisions. This is a dynamic role that also includes responsibility for key elements of inventory cost accounting, pricing and margin analysis. The Finance Manager reports to the CFO, is a key member of the finance and accounting team, working directly with other senior business leaders at the Company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Produce and continually improve weekly and monthly financial and operational performance reporting.
· Subject matter expert for reporting and budgeting software tool (Adaptive).
· Primary responsibility for developing budgets and financial forecasts.
· Actively manage process for maintenance of accurate inventory costs.
· Support development of propane demand and supply forecasts.
· Develop and present financial modeling and analyses.
· Analyze retail and wholesale pricing and margins.
· Review of monthly sales commissions.
· Calculation of quarterly bonus plan results.
· Review of monthly and quarterly sales tax returns.
· Primary interface for audits and reviews.
· Assists with key GL account analyses.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance required.
· 7-10 years business-related experience with a quantitative focus required.
· 3+ years of experience with the scope of duties and responsibilities listed required.
· CPA or MBA preferred.
. Sage Intacct experience preferred.
· Keen attention to detail and accuracy required.
· Strong communication skills, written and oral required.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
