Scanning (Core Responsibility – ~80%)Move prepped cartons to scanning stations (one at a time)Load documents into various scanning equipment (single sheets or batches)Ensure documents are scanned accuratelyReturn materials in correct order to cartonsPerform basic troubleshooting and cleaning of scanning equipmentPrimarily seated, with ~20% standing while feeding scanners2. Quality Control (~10%)Review scanned images for clarity, completeness, and accuracyEnsure all documents meet quality standards before processing3.
