Maintenance Technician

SL Jensen's property management company, Milestone Development, is looking for an experienced maintenance technician to oversee the apartments and commercial buildings. Responsibilities Diagnose and perform major, minor and routine maintenance/repairs as well as provide exceptional customer service to the communities' residents Perform all interior and exterior repairs to maintain apartments, common areas, buildings and grounds Communicate with supervisor as to status of service requests, make ready units, etc Complete vacant units to make ready status. Inspect all work performed by outside contractors Inspect and/or perform grounds maintenance ensuring high level curb appeal Regularly inspect laundry facilities, common areas, storage, garages, and grounds to ensure proper functioning and cleanliness Maintain a neat and orderly maintenance shop and track inventory Qualifications Maintenance experience Ability to work independently Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing and electrical Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather Be available for on-call maintenance schedule A background check and drug screen will be required prior to hire Benefits This position will pay up to $24 an hour, depending on experience Health Insurance with company contributing 40% of cost Dental & Vision, and Disability insurance available at employee's expense Health Savings Account (HSA) 401(K) with employer match up to 4% Paid Holidays & Time Off Casual Dress Code #hc74644
