If you like to make things happen and are passionate about what you do, you’re going to want to be here.Join us and become part of the power behind possible.About The OpportunityDesign and implement manufacturing processes, equipment and plants (pilot to fully operational) to achieve production goals.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and improve manufacturing methods consistent with the principles of scientific mold and process control.Manage plant, equipment, and process improvement projects, as assigned.Manage the process to optimize press cycle time and consistency.Assist in the development and manufacture of new tools to minimize ‘time to market’ while maximizing cost effectiveness.Collaborate with operations, technical and hourly personnel to optimize processes.Participate in the selection of processes and mold design considerations for new products.Promote LEAF and employee engagement activities to create and maintain a positive work environment.Lead various scrap improvement activities.Other duties as assigned.Performance Measures and OutcomesSafety metricsScrap / Lbs processedMold change time and complianceEducation/CertificationLevel RequiredBachelor’s Degree in related Engineering fieldRJG Training Certifications – Master Molder I & IIExperience to be considered in lieu of educationWork Experien ceRequired* :1-3 years of relevant work experienceDesired* :3-5 years of relevant work experienceTwo companies, one vision.Menasha Corporation consists of two companies that are leading the way to a sustainable future with packaging and supply chain solutions.
