Role Description & ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Analyst to help scale our online presence and optimize our marketing spend. This role will be responsible for conducting deep-dive research into consumer behavior, tracking the performance of our paid and organic channels, and optimizing critical financial metrics including ROI, CPA, and LTV.A primary focus of this role is the technical analysis and optimization of Google Ads, SEO, and Social Media Ads across Meta & TikTok. Instead of simply tracking metrics, the Analyst will conduct in-depth data mining to uncover the 'why' behind the numbers, ensuring every dollar spent is backed by a proven data strategy.Paid Search Analysis: Deep-dive into Google Ads performance, evaluating keyword efficiency, quality scores, and exact return on investment for our ad spend.SEO & Organic Growth: Use data and research to identify high-potential SEO opportunities and track the financial impact of our organic search rankings.Paid Social & Attribution: Analyze performance across Meta and other social channels to understand how different touch points contribute to a single sale.Research & Experimentation: Conduct market and competitor research to find untapped growth opportunities and run A/B tests to improve our conversion rates.Financial Modeling: Translate marketing data into clear financial metrics to ensure our scaling efforts remain profitable.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics or related field.2-4 years of experience in a dedicated Data Analyst or Growth Analyst role. Experience specifically within the e-commerce or DTC space is a major asset.Documented track record of using data to find "growth levers." Specifically showing how your analysis led to a measurable increase in ROI or a decrease in CAC.Deep technical knowledge of Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager. You should understand how to analyze auction insights, search term reports, and pixel data to optimize bidding strategies.Proficiency with SEO research tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, or Google Search Console to identify high-value search trends and keyword gaps.Mastery of Google Analytics 4 and Shopify Analytics (or similar e-commerce platforms).Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets skills.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics and data interpretation.
