Program Manager

Job Description Utilize R&D Program Management, Global Program Management, and best practice processes to ensure successful cross-functional delivery of software-centric R&D programs. Assist with definition and continuous improvement of R&D Program Management processes and use of supporting tools. Ensure program milestone alignment with Global Program Management. Experience interacting with client stakeholders, data provider stakeholders. Interact closely with R&D colleagues to ensure comprehensive delivery of solutions that include mechatronic and controls components. Good stakeholder management, coordination & collaboration skills. Resolve challenges and roadblocks to on-time delivery, delivery of functional requirements, or quality. Provide detailed monthly executive visibility and status reporting for assigned R&D programs. Program management priorities will involve the Digital control tower to GCP, AM7 and Google partnership. Program management experience successfully delivering cross-functional software-centric programs. Experience with program management tools (ex. Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence) with agile process methodologies (ex. SAFe) Experience with program management tools (ex. Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence).
