Job Title: Scrum Engineer IVRemoteJob Description SummaryAs an experienced Scrum masters, you'll provide servant leadership and be the facilitators for agile teams working under the scrum methodology. You're the point person responsible for understanding the big development picture of each sprint. You bridge the needs of product management, sales, marketing, operations, and product development. This role works closely with the product owner to translate epics, stories, and other items on the sprint list into actionable tasks for developers. Job DescriptionDuties & ResponsibilitiesSupport 2 Agile teams to ensure an efficient operating cadence and coordinates team ceremonies inclusive of daily scrum, backlog refinement, planning, end-of-sprint demonstrations, and retrospectivesFacilitates discussions, ensures proper documentation in collaboration with other team membersRemoves impediments and/or guides the team to remove impediments by finding the right resource to assistShields the team from outside distractions and interferencesAssists team and release manager with release planning and deployment strategyMonitors, reviews, and maintains the sprint backlog in coordination with Engineering Leaders, tech leads, Analysts and Business Stakeholders and other team membersAssists with internal and external communications and project reporting. Provides team sprint and backlog reporting (burn down, velocity, etc.)Coordinates retrospectives and works with the team to implement the improvements and opportunities identified during those meetingsSupports project milestone planning, tracks key deliverables, and provides routine status updates to leadership and stakeholders
