Corporate Compliance Paralegal

A company is looking for a Corporate Compliance Paralegal with 5+ years of experience. Key Responsibilities Track and summarize federal, state, and local laws impacting multi-state employment and PEO operations Conduct legal and regulatory research to support compliance initiatives and policy updates Assist with corporate governance, business filings, and legal administrative matters Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal certification preferred 5+ years of paralegal experience in compliance, corporate governance, and/or PEO experience Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws and multi-state regulatory frameworks Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills; HRIS experience is a plus
