Role Description This is a part-time on-site role in New York, NY for a Pilates Instructor. The Pilates Instructor will lead group exercise classes and provide one-on-one sessions, ensuring proper form, technique, and alignment to help clients achieve their fitness goals. Additional responsibilities include creating personalized workout programs, offering modifications to suit various fitness levels and abilities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Instructors will also foster a supportive and motivating atmosphere, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of clients. Qualifications Proven expertise in Pilates Instruction and Group Exercise.Familiarity with or experience in Physical Therapy as it relates to fitness and injury prevention.Strong skills in Customer Service and ability to build positive client relationships.Experience in Teaching and guiding individuals and groups of varying levels.Certification in Pilates Instruction from a recognized program is required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to provide modifications and ensure client safety in all sessions.CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
