Job Description Chemical Mixer/Batchmaker/CompounderLocation: Bond HillSchedule: Monday - Friday, 7AM - 4PMPay Rate: $22.50/hr (based on experience)Overview: This role is responsible for mixing chemicals used in ink manufacturing.Responsibilities:Operate mixing equipment to blend raw materials according to specified formulas.Monitor batch processes to ensure consistency and quality of products.Conduct quality control tests on samples to verify compliance with standards.Maintain accurate records of production data and ingredient usage.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and resolve issues.Requirements:Prior experience in mixing, batching, or compounding (Chemical or food production environments)Basic Computer KnowledgeBasic Math SkillsAbility to be trained on a forkliftStrong attention to safety and detailHigh School Diploma/GEDPreferred Background:Candidates with experience at companies such as Givaudan, Greater's, or Peter Cremer are highly desirable.Work Environment:Active role requiring standing, walking, and movement throughout the shift.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbsWarehouse/Manufacturing environment with varying conditions
