This role champions memorable guest experiences, operational precision, and an inclusive, high-performing culture. Through visionary leadership and collaboration, the Premium Club Manager ensures alignment with Levy's mission to passionately create the best experiences, delivering show-quality standards, financial performance, and legendary employee engagement.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**+ Lead Through Managers - Empower and coach premium club service leadership and staff to deliver exceptional hospitality, foster team member engagement, and uphold Levy's inclusive culture.+ Drive Strategic Alignment - Work with Director of Premium Clubs to activate actionable plans across each club position and experience; ensure consistency in standards and operational excellence.+ Champion Financial & Operational Performance - Acheive progression in KPIs, meet budget expectation, and coach and motivate leaders and team to drive results and continuous improvement.+ Develop Talent & Leadership Capability - Conduct career conversations, mentor leaders, and implement development plans that build bench strength and succession readiness.+ Foster Collaboration & Crossfuntional Partnerships - Build trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders; balance priorities to deliver exceptional guest experiences and client satisfaction.+ Ensure Compliance & Risk Management - Lead team in maintaining regulatory, safety, and brand standards; proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.+ Promote Innovation & Service Excellence - Encourage creative solutions for guest engagement and operational enhancements that elevate the premium experience.+ Model Integrity & Accountability - Set clear expectations, hold team accountable for performance, and reinforce ethical decision-making across all locations.+ Perform other duties as assigned.**Curious about Life at Levy?
