Technical Implementation Specialist
Location: Jackson, MS (Hybrid Role)
Duration: 1+ Year
Required Skills/Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management.
- Experience implementing Mobile Device Management solutions in enterprise environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).Experience with Apple Business Manager, Apple DEP/ADE.Experience configuring Conditional Access, compliance policies, and device security policies.
- Knowledge of M365 administration and endpoint security best practices.
- Experience with device enrollment, application deployment, and policy management.
- Ability to troubleshoot enrollment, synchronization, and device compliance issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience documenting technical processes and providing knowledge transfer to agency staff.
- Preferred/Not Required:
- Experience working within state government or public sector environments.
- Experience migrating from Meraki or other MDM platforms to Microsoft Intune.
- Experience with Windows Autopilot and endpoint provisioning.
- Familiarity with STIG, CIS, or other security compliance standards.
- Microsoft certifications related to Intune, Azure or Endpoint Management.
- Experience integrating mobile device management with ticketing or asset management systems.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
