Role Description We are seeking a full-time Test and Measurement Equipment Repair Technician to join our team. This on-site role, located in the New York City Metropolitan Area, involves the inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of test and measurement equipment, ensuring their functionality and reliability. The technician will work closely with customers to address equipment issues, document repair processes, and uphold high-quality standards for operational excellence. Qualifications Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and T&M Repair, with hands-on experience in repairing and maintaining test and measurement equipment.Strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues effectively and efficiently.Customer Satisfaction skills to provide professional support, address customer concerns, and ensure positive client interactions.Effective Communication abilities to collaborate with team members and clearly explain technical processes to non-technical customers.Attention to detail and a commitment to quality operating standards.Relevant certifications or technical training in electronics repair, instrumentation, or related fields are highly desirable.
