Service Transfer Driver

Ascendance Truck Centers seeks highly motivated and qualified applicants to fill the on-call as needed role of Vehicle Transporter/ Truck Driver. This position is responsible for medium to heavy truck pick-up and delivery to dealerships and customer locations. Regular availability and on-time attendance are critical to be successful in this role.RESPONSIBILITIESPick-up and deliver medium to heavy trucksCheck the trucks to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order, report to location manager if any issues are foundObtain receipts or signatures for delivered goods and collect payment for services when requiredReport truck defects, accidents, or damage to the trucksFollow appropriate safety procedures while driving trucksBasic Qualifications:2-3 years of previous work experience driving trucksCDL Class B license required, CDL Class A license preferredA clean DMV motor vehicle record requiredPositive attitude and the ability to work independentlyEqual Employment Opportunity Statement:Ascendance Truck Centers is an equal opportunity employer.
