Our services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build a relationship with our customers.In the Field DailyMeeting with 12-15 contacts a day. On-site visits, phone calls, and email follow-ups Visiting a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc.Customer Relationship DevelopmentEducating on Surface Experts capabilities and limitationsValidating level of Customer satisfaction and opportunities to improve Earning the trust with our Customers through servingBrainstorming and researching new customer opportunitiesFollow Sales ProcessMemorizing sales scripts and role-playing practiceDocumenting sales activities in CRM; tracking a client from lead to Work Order and all the steps in betweenReporting data accurately daily/weeklyPlanning and executing sales strategy for territory QUALIFICATIONS: Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energeticEnjoys working with other peopleLicensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving recordProfessional, caring and service-minded Readiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales team ABOUT SURFACE EXPERTSSurface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider.
