Sr.DevOps Engineer

Sr.DevOps Engineer Hybrid/Remote · Full Time · Experience: 3-4 years As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will lead automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure management for enterprise-scale projects at Techfinite Systems. This role combines hands-on expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high availability, reliability, and scalability of applications deployed in hybrid and cloud environments. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for enterprise applications. Drive automation across build, deployment, and monitoring processes. Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications. Collaborate with developers, QA, and cloud engineers to streamline releases. Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for infrastructure issues. Ensure security, compliance, and performance best practices in DevOps workflows. Mentor junior DevOps engineers and enforce DevOps standards across teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent. 3–4 years of experience in DevOps or site reliability engineering. Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native deployment. Strong experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps pipelines. Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible). Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK). Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Shell, or Go). Preferred Skills AWS/Azure DevOps certifications. Prior experience with healthcare IT or federal projects. Exposure to security automation and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, FedRAMP). You belong here.
