Facilitate communication across project teams, coordinate meetings, and contribute to process improvements while supporting the identification and resolution of risks and issues.Due to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may be expected to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and must adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements. ResponsibilitiesTrack project progress and prepare regular status reports for managementFacilitate strategic communication with project managers and team membersContribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices, sector communication, and cross-sector collaborationSupport the monitoring and communication of project schedules, milestones, and deliverablesOrganize and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and risk registersSupport the coordination and administration of projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budgetAssist in the preparation of project presentations and reportsCoordinate meetings, conference calls, and other project-related eventsSupport the identification and resolution of project issues and risksRequirementsBachelor's degree in a related field and 2-3 years of experience. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in project management tools and softwareStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentExperience working in a government contracting environment is preferredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Travel RequirementsThis is a remote position in the DMV area; however, occasional travel may be required based on project needs, client meetings, team collaboration events, or training sessions.
