Compliance Analyst
A company in the energy space is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support its regulatory and compliance activities. This role involves working with internal teams to help maintain established processes and support ongoing compliance efforts. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the administration and oversight of reliability compliance programs across transmission and generation operationsCoordinate and complete regulatory filings, certifications, and periodic data submissionsMaintain compliance documentation, trackers, and internal control matricesMonitor regulatory developments and assess potential business impactsAssist with audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance investigationsIdentify, document, and support remediation of compliance risks and gapsContribute to the development and testing of internal controlsMaintain and update compliance policies, procedures, and training materialsDevelop reporting and metrics to track compliance program performanceSupport new asset integration and compliance implementation activities Qualifications1-3 years of experience in NERC reliability compliance or a related fieldKnowledge of Operations & Planning (O&P) and/or Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) standardsFamiliarity with transmission and/or generation compliance environmentsExposure to ISO/RTO markets (e.g., PJM, MISO, NYISO, CAISO, ERCOT) is a plusStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with compliance tools is a plusBachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
