Payroll Coordinator Position Overview Our client in Bedford Hills seeks a temporary Payroll Specialist to support their Payroll Supervisor with processing functions for approximately 3,500 employees. Duration & Schedule Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (30-minute lunch) Location: Bedford Hills, NY (training will be fully in-office, then hybrid with 1-2 days remote) Occasional overtime may be requiredKey Responsibilities Enter payroll data into UKG/PendingPay system for bonuses and retroactive pay Process and maintain wage garnishment orders Monitor and reconcile 401(k) contributions between Fidelity and UKG systems weekly Enter certified payroll and prevailing wage information into the system Qualifications 2+ years of payroll processing experience Strong attention to detail and Microsoft Excel proficiency Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications UKG payroll system experience Certified and prevailing wage processing experience Ideal Candidate Energetic with a positive attitude Team player who thrives in a close-knit environment Sense of humor and eagerness to learn Adaptable to changing priorities #INMAR2026 EB-1747036644
