Safety Manager

Position: Data Center Construction Safety Manager / Loss Control SpecialistLocation: New Albany, OH (43054)Duration: 18 month contract with extension / conversion potentialInsight Global is seeking an experienced Construction Safety / Loss Control Specialist to support large-scale data center construction projects. This role provides on-site safety leadership, risk management, and OCIP oversight to ensure best-in-class safety performance on mission‑critical builds.Key Responsibilities:Lead site safety walks, audits, meetings, and reportingPerform construction risk assessments and incident investigationsPartner with project teams and contractors to drive zero-incident performanceSupport OCIP requirements, insurance coordination, and regulatory complianceDeliver on-site safety training and continuous improvement initiativesRequired Qualifications:7+ years in a dedicated construction safety roleCSP or CHST certification (BCSP)Active OSHA 500Experience in OCIP environments and insurance/claims coordinationBackground in large-scale, ground-up construction (data centers or mission‑critical environments preferred)Compensation:$60/hr to $85/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
