Technical Program Integration Analyst

Overview In this role, you drive technical integration within Ford’s Synergy program to connect Product Development, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT. You map dependencies, document data flows, and manage risks to keep initiatives moving in an agile, cross-functional environment. You translate technical progress into clear updates for leaders and stakeholders, enabling scalable, end-to-end system integration. This is a hands-on technical coordination role in a transforming, data-driven enterprise.
