And so much moreCompensation - Starting at $27.00/hour, salaried positionWhat You'll DoAs our Chaplain, you will:Lead and coordinate weekly worship experiences, including:Sunday VespersBible studiesPrayer servicesMemorial and holiday servicesOffer pastoral care through visitation and counseling across independent living, hospital, and supportive living settingsWelcome new Residents and help them connect to spiritual resources both on campus and in the local communitySupport Residents and families through major life events and transitions with empathy and guidanceFacilitate conflict resolution with a compassionate, solution-oriented approachPartner with Resident committees to plan meaningful spiritual programmingContribute content to weekly communications to promote services and engagementCollaborate with Nursing, Social Services, and Resident Life teams to provide holistic supportBuild relationships by maintaining regular office hours and participating in community lifeContinuously enhance spiritual programs and services through innovation and collaborationConnect with fellow Willow Valley Chaplains and external peers to share best practices and grow professionallyWhat You BringBachelor's Degree (B.A.) from a 4 year college or university and/or Graduate of a Bible College or Seminary Ordained to Ministry or in the process of being ordained2-3 years related pastoral experience requiredStrong interpersonal, counseling, and communication skillsA welcoming, inclusive approach to serving individuals of all beliefsComfort with technology and basic computer systemsSchedule & DetailsFull-time: 40 hours per week, salaried positionSchedule: Sunday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM + some holidaysLocation:The Manor Campus at Willow Valley CommunitiesLancaster, PA 17602
