This client-facing leadership role requires strong technical expertise, executive presence, and experience managing large-scale enterprise transformations. The ideal candidate will drive technical discovery, solution design, and implementation planning while partnering with senior stakeholders across IT, Finance, HR, Compliance, and Corporate Travel. You will serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership, bridge gaps between legacy workflows and Concur capabilities, and deliver scalable modernization solutions for a global financial institution.Required QualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field10+ years of experience in travel and expense technology with deep expertise across SAP Concur modules including Expense, Travel, Invoice, Request, APIs, and integrationsProven experience leading full-cycle migrations from legacy or custom-built T&E systems to SAP Concur as the primary technical and functional leadStrong ability to analyze and modernize proprietary T&E platforms, including undocumented workflows, custom integrations, approval hierarchies, and reporting structuresExperience working with leading consulting firms, global technology companies, or major financial institutionsProven ability to engage and influence Managing Director and C-suite stakeholders with strong executive communication and relationship management skillsStrong understanding of end-to-end travel and expense processes including booking workflows, expense approvals, reimbursements, corporate cards, and policy managementExperience conducting discovery workshops, mapping legacy processes, and designing scalable target-state solutions within SAP ConcurExpertise in integration architecture and migration planning, including replacing custom integrations with standard Concur frameworksExperience managing data migration activities including employee profiles, historical expense data, vendor records, and validation processesStrong project management skills with experience leading phased migrations, UAT, change management, and legacy system decommissioningExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with experience leading executive briefings and steering committeesSelf-driven leader with strong ownership mindset, business acumen, and proactive risk management skillsDesired QualificationsMBA or Master’s degree from a top-tier institutionSAP Concur certifications or partner-level accreditationExperience with SAP Concur and other T&E platformsStrong knowledge of SAP integrations, financial posting, and employee data synchronizationExperience migrating legacy expense systems within banking or financial institutionsUnderstanding of SOX controls, audit compliance, and banking governance standardsExperience with TMC integrations, GDS connectivity, and corporate travel programsKnowledge of corporate card program administration and feed managementExperience leading change management, training, and user adoption initiativesProven ability to manage and grow senior client relationshipsFamiliarity with T&E analytics, automation, AI use cases, fraud detection, and OCR solutionsBenefits:Healthcare insurance for you and your family (medical, dental, vision).Short / Long term disability insurance.Life Insurance.Accidental death & disability Insurance.401K.3 weeks of Paid Time Off.Support and fee coverage for immigration needs.Remote office set up stipend.Support for industry certifications.Additional cash incentives.Re-skilling opportunities to transition between technologies.Schedule: Monday to FridayWork Mode: HybridJob Type: Full-timeWe are: A high end technical consulting firm built and run by highly qualified technologists.
