Lake Club F&B Supervisor (Summer 2026)
The Supervisors first responsibility is to uphold the Martis Camp standard by ensuring that quality service is delivered in a timely and professional manner. Confirming members needs are met, as well as managing the team. The Family Barn Supervisor will work closely with the Family Barn Manager to obtain the Martis Club vision, mission, goals, and service standards.Job Tasks (Additional Responsibilities):Ensuring opening and closing duties are completed in a timely manner (checklist/checkout)Checking that service provided is detailed, attentive and efficientFood leaving the kitchen is accurate to the order and presentableSufficient knowledge of food menu and food allergiesSufficient knowledge of bar menu, specialty cocktails, well liquor, wines by the glass and draft beerGeneral knowledge of available liquors and cordialsAbility to multitask while working efficiently and fast-pacedManaging staff lunch breaks and timely clock in/outQuality check with all membersFulfill server and bartender duties and requirements as neededRunning the door, reservations and floor mapAssist with keeping inventory at the set parAttention to detail: lights, thoroughness, cleanliness, safety, etcProvide warm hospitality, professional advice and assistance to all patronsBe informed on and promote all club activities and servicesKeep fiscal responsibility and member satisfaction in mind when making all decisionsMaintain regular attendance in compliance with Martis Camp standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary per the needs of the ClubAlways comply with Martis Camp standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient Club operationsPerform other duties as required by your managerCulture: “It’s about the member”Pay homage to the member by expressing the same courtesies to his guestApproach all encounters with members, guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented mannerRegular attendance of TEAM and staff meetings is mandatoryMaintain superior service standards, server personal attire/presentation and positive attitude with all FOH staffAlways maintain a warm and friendly demeanor while maintaining professional standardsAddress members and guests before they address youMonitor and maintain the orderliness and cleanliness of the entire Club areaRespect all stakeholders’ privacy, perspective, priorities, time and resourcesConsumption of alcoholic beverages is not allowed while on Martis Camp property or functionsMartis Camp is a drug free workplaceSupport other departments so that they may be successfulBe a TEAM playerAdditional Licenses and Requirements:Must be able to work weekends and holidaysMust be open to occasional overtime in peak periodsMust be able to stand/walk for 8-10 hours at a timeMust be able to carry up to 30lbsMust be able to repeatedly reach/bend/kneel/pull/push to assist with product storage, cleaning duties and food and beverage maintenanceMust be California Food Handlers Safe CertifiedWage $22/hrPowered by JazzHRBBb1R8bRuk
